Would RecommendI am thrilled with this rug. I enjoy the rich natural colors, the subtle pattern, and the softness. I wasn't sure if the. pattern was going to be to bold but the pattern fits in nicely with my mid-century wood furniture and green couch.I am glad I picked a rug that had a pattern versus a solid colr.I also the rug was nicely packaged and easy to bring inside the house by one person.

It’s been about 3 weeks and while the smell has gotten milder, it still has an unpleasant smell. I’m sure this is due to volatile organic compounds. I’m not sure what to do or if I’m going to keep it

I got the melrose checked rug in green and it was more beige than I expected.CONS: It continues to shed despite multiple rounds of vacuuming for about a week now. The biggest downside is that this rugs smells so bad!! I have left my windows open but there is a strong sewage smell that was overwhelming the first week.
