[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is exactly what we needed to complete our cozy den. It is even more beautiful in person than I imagined. I’m super pleased with the quality and how quickly we received it.

Smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug had a pungent odor coming out of the box. It’s been about 3 weeks and while the smell has gotten milder, it still has an unpleasant smell. I’m sure this is due to volatile organic compounds. I’m not sure what to do or if I’m going to keep it

Nice wool rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wool is the best fiber for rugs, and this one is well priced, well made, and soft on bare feet.

Beautiful, thick and soft rug

This is a beautiful rug. It’s thick about an almost an inch it’s wool. It’s soft and it’s beautiful and warm.

Horrible odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug although nice looking, has a horrible odor. It smells so strongly of chemicals. I hope to return it.

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rug. Feels plush even without a rug pad. I put it in a dark high-traffic hallway, and it warmed up my space nicely.

Beautiful rug with a few flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this rug looks but 1) it's been over a week and it's still lumpy in some places, 2) it sheds like crazy, every time I sit on the rug I'm covered in fibers, 3) it's kind of scratchy, hoping it will soften over time, and 4) it's easy for a cat to pull up the loops of the rug. Tolerating it because it's a pain to return and it looks great, but wish it was a win all around.

Low pile rug

The Rug That Came Apart Before Use: Melrose Checked Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed. This rug actually began to unravel from one of its sides the moment I took that plastic bag off the carpet roll. There was nothing I could I could do to get it to stop . This is NOT a high traffic area so this is very troubling to me. It appears that the fabric was too tightly bound because it literally is coming apart on its own - without anyone touch this area or walking on this area.

lovely runner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this runner to put in our entryway into our basement and with a lot of dirt tracked in, this is perfect and hides the dirt well, easy to sweep and take care of and goes with my downstairs flooring.

Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great, comfortable rug. Got it to help mask my dogs hair. The variance in color does just that, while the clean lines help make it feel sophisticated nonetheless.
