I like that it is flatwoven but if you are looking for something softer, I would definitely get a rug pad with some cushion. It's a very light and warm beige color but it still brightened up my room so nicely!

Speedy delivery and got it in good shape. The only negative was it has this smell to it but it aired out in 3-5 hours so all good.
