This rug arrived quickly and seems to be good quality. After reading the paperwork that came with it, I now know that using the beater bar on my vacuum is not recommended. I did use it right after unrolling the rug to get the nap to rise up. I will try vacuuming without the beater bar next time and see how it looks. Maybe the manufacturer thinks the short shag -like nap will pull out?? We shall see. Overall at this time I am satisfied with the rug. I am considering putting a rug pad under it for...

looks great, nice and plush. Obviously it doesn't look exactly like the picture - the picture must've been taken with bright spotlights because the one I got was a darker color but still ok. Gave it five stars for the shipping speed - 3 days.

Great rug, great price
I was very happy when I received my rug. When it arrives its tightly packed so you have to give it some time to flatten out. Vacuum it a couple times and it fluffs up nicely. Would totally recommend.
