I purchased this rug from a picture. I thought if it's not do good I will put it in the back bedroom. WOW, the rug is off with the swirl design a slightly darker color. I do have wall to wall carpeting. I wanted something to bring the family room flooring to life. This rug is elegant and practical. It's floor art, I love it. There was a slight glitch. So Cheap Looking
Terrible. This was a replacement for the exact same rug that has faded over time. Loved the old one - subtle and harmonious - but the new one must be made by a different company and is a horrible, cheap knock-off. Will need to return it - wouldn't put it in a dog house.

This rug arrived quickly and seems to be good quality. After reading the paperwork that came with it, I now know that using the beater bar on my vacuum is not recommended. I did use it right after unrolling the rug to get the nap to rise up. I will try vacuuming without the beater bar next time and see how it looks. Maybe the manufacturer thinks the short shag -like nap will pull out?? We shall see. Overall at this time I am satisfied with the rug. I am considering putting a rug pad under it for...

I was very happy when I received my rug. When it arrives its tightly packed so you have to give it some time to flatten out. Vacuum it a couple times and it fluffs up nicely. Would totally recommend.
