My rugs are not what the picture looks like. Mine are not dark gray-they are a light color the design is a bit darker. The pile of the rug is so loose some of the pile sticks up higher than other places. I know it is a shag but mine are not a regular shag like the picture. I wanted the color the was shown. They also are not cut correctly. They are uneven. I am so disappointed with these rugs' I wish they looked like the pictuer.

Got this rug right on time with absolutely no issues. A bit smaller than I thought it would be, but otherwise a beautiful rug. Looks awesome in my living room. More of a modern country feel now.
