Terrible Rug

Bought this rug and didnt even unfold it all the way because of how cheap it looked. It looked like the design was just printed on the rug and it was also blurry. The rug did not look anything like the pictures online. I was highly disappointed and now I have to pay 55 dollars to return a rug that was inaccurately posted.

I love that you can view the rug in your space. Made all the difference in choosing the right rug the first time. Rug looked exactly as it showed!

Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great customer service. But the quality of the rug is just missing. Even my replacement has dirt mark and can see some stitching that isn’t suppose to be visible. But the material is sore, pattern is pretty and exactly as shown in photo.

I’ve owned multiple washable rugs love them but hate having to line them up. Always a struggle. This one is beautiful, soft under foot and don’t even need the pad yet !! Unfortunately one my older cats have had their way on my new rugs and have vomited on them already. Good news. They wash out well. Will update after I machine wash them. So far very pleased with purchase News Wash out nicely

Terrible material or texture

This rug was delivered May 17th. I gave it two stars because it was a nice pattern and I do like the colors, otherwise this is an awful rug. We didn’t lay it until the 31st because we were still painting the hallway. After a week and a half, the rug is terrible looking, even after vacuuming. I can’t believe none of the other reviews mention that the rug has a texture very similar to microfiber cloths. Dirt and debris stick to it like a magnet. This is a 12 foot runner and my vacuum rips it righ...

Ugh, DO NOT LIKE AT ALL

I wanted so badly to like this rug but truthfully, I hate it. You cannot vaccum it AT ALL - the vacuum just sucks it up - and yes, I have tried all the different vacuum settings. It looks decent I suppose, for what it costs, but if you're hoping for a very good looking and functional rug, I would suggest you continue looking

Not as pictured

The colors of this rug are so different in person — I don’t even know how to describe it. Plus, it’s SO thin (thinner than other low pile/washable rugs), and the print is clearly printed and not woven. Would be fine if they did a better job, but it looks terrible. I have no idea why this has so many stars. Returned!

Not what I expected

I was so excited for this rug for my office but as soon as I opened it I was unimpressed. In person it very much looks like a print. That’s expected with a washable rug but it just doesn’t look like good quality. I was thinking over time I would change my mind about it but now I wish I would have just returned.

Awesome washable rug!

Absolutely love these rugs. I bought three runners to protect my new hardwood floors from three large dogs. I was surprised that the floor side was so “grippy” - they have not budged since I put them down. I did buy the premium rug pad and use a couple pieces of carpet tape just in case, but I think I would’ve been fine without the tape. The only negative is they take a LONG time for the creases to flatten out.

Subtle pattern and color

This rug worked perfectly in my master bath due to the subtle pattern and soft muted coloring. Very nice with the padding under it as well.

Wonderful Rug!

This rug was such a great find! We have it in our son's play room and it has held up very nicely. We love that it is washable! The quality is great, very durable for our toddler and it's honestly great to look at too!
