[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought alot of rugs over the years from rugs usa and loved them all, some I got really inexpensive, like super inexpensive and I was amazed at the quality. This rug is a huge disappointment, the quality is awful, the ends wont stay down no matter what I do, I have never had so many issues with a rug.

Great rug- great price.
This is a great rug. The price is right. The service, delivery time and packaging was perfect. It opened up easily and settled into place very nicely. It us super soft. The only slight negative I have is that it’s a little thinner than I expected. Much thinner than the last one I purchased. I will probably order a thicker pad to put under it. I am very happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend this rug and this company.

Not what I was expecting
I guess for the price I paid I can't complain. It will be a throwaway rug. The shag is so thin you see the dark backing thru it and it is very thin rug. The high quality felt pad doesn't impress me either. It is not thick at all and doesn't provide cush when walking on this carpet. The rug pad was larger than the 6' square rug too and needs to be cut. I hope the strong chemical smell goes away soon.

Lovely thin shag carpet
Lovely color, looks great in the room! Delivered quickly. Only qualm is that it is a pretty thin rug, so it doesn't feel lush.

Shag rug and shag runner
Very disappointing quality! Pile is very sparse and hurts my feet to even walk on it. You can feel the backing. If it wasn’t so much trouble I’d send it back. I’m bummed I bought two of them.

Awful. It arrived smelling like smoke and the quality is horrible. There is not enough material to make this a shag rug and it looks bald all over
