Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washed wonderfully. I have chemical sensitivities and I always worry about harsh odors from new rugs. I washed and line dried this rug and was so happy with how it turned out. No smell, just soft fresh rug. Very happy with purchase.

So disappointed

I purchased this rug about 8 months ago. At first I loved it. But it has turned in to the worst purchase I have ever made, and it was a splurge for me. It should not be advertised as washable- not the 8x10. I contacted the company with instructions on how to wash it and they had no advice- especially when it comes to drying because the material will clump together. It is incredibly hard to clean by hand and forget vacuuming. Dry cleaners won’t wash it because of the material. So so disappointing...

Softest rug ever

Super soft and resilient rug

These are the softest rugs! And so stain resistant! I actually bought them for my dogs to lie on in the kitchen when they are hanging out with me while I cook. I bought a cream colored one and I was able to remove dark red spills on it with only a mild stain remover.

So so soft!

Super fast shipping, my family is obsessed with how soft this rug is. I had to order another after we got the first one! We have gotten a lot of compliments on the softness of the rug, can’t be softer!

In addition, the quality of the rug was so good that there was no misshapenness upon unboxing it, which I had never experienced with ordering a rug before. This is hands down the softest rug I’ve ever owned, and everyone who steps on it makes a comment about how soft it is! Highly recommend.

Soft cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t sure what to expect, but we wanted a very soft rug for an incoming baby. This is exactly it! Just be warned it’s very slippery with socks! And will need a rug pad under to hold it in place on wooded floors!

Gorgeous & soft!

I’ve only had it 1 week (& have not washed it yet) but I can say: it’s SUPER soft, & very pretty! I love it! Looks white too- which is what I hoped for!

So soft!

Sooo soft! I got this for my son’s room and he loves it. Between the dogs and kids it’s holding up great after a few months and is still soo soft.

Color completely different

Color Taupe is completely different from what is shown in the website as seen in the attached pictures. Because of this it is not going well with the furniture and is a complete disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous rug. It is soft and cleans like a dream. I have dogs and cats so having a rug that is washable is a necessity. This one is amazing.

Perfect until I washed it

The rug was perfect when it first came—the most luxurious soft silky feeling, but after I washed it following the instructions it came out duller and a lot less soft.
