Well packaged but has a sticky film/coating

The rug came well packaged but has a sticky film that when you walk barefoot is still there a few weeks later. Your feet literally stick to the rug and it makes a funny noise as you walk on it.

Cannot get clean

I bought this runner close to a year ago now and it’s horrible. I cannot get this rug clean no matter how hard I try and it’s now been sitting in the closet for months because it make my house look dirty when it’s out. I’ve tried washing it, vacuuming it, sweeping it with a broom, shaking it etc. and nothing gets the crumbs out. Not for a house with dogs or children or people for that matter. I’m so sad.

Not at all good for homes with kids

I am typically not one to leave reviews… But I wish that someone had warned me against this rug! I have two small children so there may be more crumbs and debris in the kitchen then one without kids, but this rug literally traps crumbs! I shook the rug, vacuumed, and put it in the washer and it still holds onto everything! I had to buy a new rug for our kitchen and thought about putting this in our closet, but I may just have to donate instead! Sorry rugs USA, this rug is not for me!!

Awful Rug

Bought this a couple months ago but have only been using it for about a month. The rug is not durable.Thread is coming out in places throughout the rug already. It doesn't clean easy and is very flimsy. Followed all the care instruction, and haven't even washed it yet and it is already falling apart. The color is more orange in person. I have this rug and would not buy from here again.

Light grey rug is orange

Absolutely hate this rug. Light grey is pictured as varying shades of light grey with pink-ish accents. Actual rug is a oatmeal base with dark navy blue and dark orange accents. Impossibly thin and comes up with every step on the matching premium rug pad.
