Grey is so ugly - can I get a refund?
Would Not RecommendI’ve bought many rugs from here and it’s the first time o am SO disappointed. The grey is so rough to the touch… I don’t even want to walk barefoot on it. The pile is too high and the print looks terrible in person. I wish I could send it back or get some money back - it’s god awful! It might just be the grey feeling cheap and rough.

Love this rug
I was kind of nervous because it’s light and color but when I received it, it’s really really nice. But soft, I didn’t notice a smell of chemicals. It’s a great rug and for the price I don’t think you can beat it. I would rather, I think it looks great in any kind of modern or traditional house.

Low knot density, low quality
This rug is quite poor quality, with very low knot density that leads to both an uncomfortable feel and unappealing look. Any movement of the fibers instantly reveals the underlying mesh… like a gust of wind against a balding man’s comb over.
