Nice rug
Chose this seagrass rug over the jute rug we previously had. I really like the size and design.. i also love the border. My only issue is… loose cut fibers that stick out and I have to push them into place, hopefully they do not unravel. Also our dining room chairs do not slide easily over the seagrass. I have to physically pick up the chair and move it into place. All in all, I price was right. Bought a matching runner for the area nin the kitchen. I used carpet stickers to hold down the edges ...

Curled Edges
Beautiful rugs, though they will not uncurl! The two short sides on each rug curl into the air, despite weeks being laid upside down and now flat with weights on the edges.

Beautiful but....
I wanted to like this so much. Pros are the quality is good, it has a nice non-skid backing and it is nice looking. Shipping was fast and the price was reasonable. Sadly, it is very, very rough so we will have to return it. It is a great choice for entry ways or mudrooms but not for a hallway if you will not be wearing shoes.

Seagrass rug
Purchased this rug in 2x3 for a door mat. The weave is large and not as tight as I expected. So, it unrolled crooked and curly. It took some stretching and weights on either end to get it to lie flat and straight. The stitching on the band is a little puckered, otherwise the rug looks good. Don’t know yet how it will wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were rolled so tight that even following your instructions for several days they won’t lay flat and are a trip object. We have taped them down to see if that helps.

Not what I expected
This rug came folded (it is large, 9 x 12) but that caused it to not ever lay flat even after doing ALL of the suggested methods for trying to make it lay flat. I had to send it back because we kept tripping over the edge because it was sticking up. It also wasn't soft so therefore not what I was looking for. I paid to send it back but Rugs USA made it very easy for me and so I finally bought another rug from here that I LOVE!

A good carpet for my entrance hall
Sturdy nice carpet as I expected. But I didn’t realize to check how thick it could be to smoothly go under door when swinging open. A but too high but I trust it turns out to be OK.

Improper handling
The rug is folded, not rolled. The creases will take an unusual amount of time to relax, and they won’t all relax. I’ve ordered these before and had no problem. I recently replaced them so due to wear and tear and not only have the creases not relaxed, but the border of one entire side of a 10x12 is still flipped up. The price is great, but unless you have low expectations, don’t waste the money.
