[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i searched high and low for the perfect runner for my upholstered staircase diy project and these are perfect (i bought two)! they arrived wrapped with great care and they are great quality and they do not shed or have a scent which often is the case with new rug purchases. i’m quite please with my first purchase and will return when future needs arise!

Great rugs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 of these rugs in different sizes. I’m so happy with the way they look in my hallway. Just as pictured. Not like a plush rug but still a very nice feel underfoot. I put a 1/4” pad underneath and it’s perfect! Easy to vacuum and stays nicely in place.

Very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is perfectly made and has just the right rustic look; not too, just right The color tone is also slightly warmer than like-sized wool rug samples I have recently purchased, and for me that is a plus. I hope the environmental footprint is less than for wool but have not yet investigated that. I purchased a 2 x 3 and I highly recommend that over a swatch.‘

Toxic rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug has a toxic smell and smells moldy and mildew ish. It burned my hands when I went to open it. The smell gives me a headache. I am trying to return and running into issues.

Inconsistent Sizes

I really wanted to love this rug, but the sizing and color availability are incredibly frustrating.I originally planned to purchase the natural color, but it isn’t offered in a 2’ x 8’ runner. The 2’6” width is too wide for my space, so I settled for the gray instead. Now I’m trying to get a matching 2’ x 3’ rug in the same gray, and that size isn’t available in that color either.Across the board, the sizing is completely inconsistent between colors. Some sizes are available in one color but not...

Smells so bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice rug, but it smells so unbelievably bad. Chemicals and some sort of toxic smell that we can’t get rid of so upsetting.

Absolutely love our rugs!

Absolutely love our new rugs. We went with 2 runner rugs and a large rectangular rug for the living room. They are beautiful. We’ve purchased 100% jute rugs in the past and they were a little rough and shed alot. But with weaving cotton into the jute rug, it has reinforced the jute making less shedding. The rug is softer and our grandchildren can play on it without getting skim irritation. Pottery barn look and quality without the price tag!
