This rug shags so terribly. That is an understatement. If you have 3+ dogs, you may not even notice it. Customer service responded that shag rugs should be expected to shed excessively. I replaced this rug with a full-shag rug that does not shed.

Shaggy tribal rug
I saw this rug on an Instagram account and thought it might work in my house. This rug is perfect for my living room with grey leather couches and black and glass end tables. It brightens up the space with all the rich textures. Love it!
