just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it came with quite a few torn fibers and even a noticeable spot of bright green fiber. over all it's ok, but would probably select something different if I could pick again.

Loved it so much, I bought 2 more.

I own a Pomsky and Shih Tzu - it's soft and perfect for a home with two dogs. I bought a 2x14 runner, a 2x8 runner, and an 8x10 version and love them. You will, of course, experience initial shedding, with some pieces that will fall out, but nothing too dramatic. Mine did not arrive with a smell, but it's an easy fix to sit it outside for 24 hours after opening.

It wasn’t the right dimensions That I ordered

I really love the color and was so excited to put it in. I ordered an 8x10, but it wasn’t the right dimensions I had to cut the under mat which was 8x10 but the carpet was short long and wide. Than 8x10 I’m just sad, because now it looks like I need more carpet to make a better look

Very njce

Pretty but too delicate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really pretty rug but after 2 weeks, it’s clearly too delicate for a medium-high traffic area because it’s already starting to fray throughout and unbraid in the corners.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The looks good but does not hold up. It frays more than other jute rugs I have had. It also has little black spots that the company say are normal but not very appealing on a light color rug.

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced another rug which was looking a bit worn. The weight, color and feel are perfect. The loss of a star is only due to a bit of uneven tufts but this may just be in the nature of the rug materialsratherthanconstruction. I hope it wears well. I’ve been a customer for years and always a satisfied one.
