Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug does not match up in quality to others I have purchased from Rugs USA. The color did not match what the picture shows and the braiding is loose and looks cheap. Unfortunately the rug is large enough it is not easy to return, so I feel that I have wasted money. I am reluctant to make another purchase with this company.

Perfect rug

Jute Braided Rug 6 ft round

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the look of the rug and it was a great price, but after one vacuum, it is picked fraying on the edges and picked picked on top. Not sure why. Heartbreaking because I love this rug.

Basement Renovation

Natural Jute Rug

We had to wrap it up and remove from our house asap. I really liked the look and wished it would have worked out. The box it came in too looked pretty ripped up and flimsy. Just okay

Smells awful. Moldy, unsafe

Beautiful and soft
