Love the rugs I get from "Rugs USA"

This rug is as advertised. I love the texture and the color. I am considering buying another one for my hallway.

Simple, natural, organic style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with the quality and texture of this rug. The jute is very soft and the weave has a great texture underfoot. The organic edge isn't perfectly straight, as to be expected, and there are some spots with imperfections where some knots are darker and larger, but it all adds to the natural style. It really grounds the room and adds warmth and texture without overwhelming.

Gorgeous Natural Fiber that Doesn't Shed!

This is a thick and beautiful rug. I wish I had wood floors in my kitchen, but bought the house with tile. This rug is a life saver. Adds warmth and cushion to hard tile floors.

Misrepresented and Poor Quality

The weave isn't well done, and inconsistent, and I've got loose ends already forming after being down a week. There are large areas of the rug that are just a different color than the other side. Poorly Made

Falling apart already. There is a big patch where the material is a different color. Sheds all over my kids when they lay on it.

I looked on many websites to find the perfect rug for my space, and chose this one due to the other reviews, the price and the size/look of it. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but so far it is great. No shedding.

Damp and smells

This rug was a little damp and had a smell when I took it out of the packaging and thought nothing of it knowing jute rugs have a smell at first and then fade away. But this rug continues to have s damp wet sour smell to it and I think it must be due to damage or whatever caused it to be wet in the packaging. I have let it sit out for weeks now and it’s still bad that I can’t even use it.

Dishonest In-stock Dates

When I ordered this rug it had an estimated in stock date of a couple days after I purchased. I figured that wasn't a significant enough delay to deter me from purchasing. It's now been over a month and still no rug, Every time i check the listing page there seems to just be an automated system that pushes the "in-stock" date out a day, every day. The small rug I ordered was backordered and took million days to arrive. The rug smells funny, damp fungus like smell. I like the look of it , its chunky jute which I wanted.
