Horrible smell and looks nothing like the picture

This rug came with a putrid smell, it also has a yellowish color and looks nothing like anyone’s review pictures. The material also feels very uncomfortable when you step on it. I will be returning immediately.

Beautiful, but difficult!

This rug is thick and heavy and beautiful, but it sheds like crazy! I know this is common for natural fiber rugs, but I vacuum it at least once a day, and within a short period of time there are fibers shed all around the edges again. A rug pad is definitely needed, especially if placed on wood flooring or any other type of flooring where there could be damage from the rug - it's like sandpaper over time to floors! Sheds like no other

The rug is beautiful but I have walnut hardwood floors and I have to vacuum every 2 days. It is extremely visible throughout the house especially when my windows are open and light shines in. I have this exact rug in my living room and I bought a hall runner of the same type too. It’s a mess.

Do not buy

I’m not sure how much everyone is getting paid to give this rug a good review. But let me start off by saying it is not the colour shown, it looks yellow like someone peed on it. It looks dirty and worn out and came smelling like a musty basement. I’m really upset as the pictures and the reviews made it look amazing.

Not as great as expected

This rug has a lot of imperfections from the roll out. It has lots of irregular spots which is to be expected from a natural fiber. This is beyond that. The weave is not as strong as expected. There are random pieces sticking up everywhere within a week. I do not have children and live alone. I can’t cut the parts that have lifted because there would be an obvious difference in the pattern or a hole. There is also no way of shoving it back into the weave. I had high hopes for this one.

Perfect Jute Rug Will Exceed Your Every Expectation!!!

This rug is amazing quality. I thought I was replacing my 8 X 10 pattern rug with the same size, but I ordered the 9 X 12 rug and I'm so pleased that I did. Our room appears almost doubled in size and is the perfect tone on tone color - not just a solid boring jute rug. The weave is exceptional and it is the perfect weight and density. It is also very pleasing to walk on and my husband and I love it!!!

Not what I imagined

Doesn't look like the photo. Material almost looks like hair not jute.

Poor quality-- fibers break very easily after a week of use

This rug looks beautiful, but should not be used in an area where there is a lot of traffic. The fibers in the loops break easily and after just a week of use, it looks like an old rug that is falling apart. Not worth the shipping to send it back.

The knots are super large and uncomfortable. The rug is essentially unusable because it feels like you are walking on rocks.

Works well

Got for our entryway- fits well under our front door and doesn’t slide around on the hardwoods.

Best jute rug! I have these in our home and our rentals. They are beautiful, durable, substantial and fit every decor.

Looks good

Looks great in my living room. Pretty soft. Not rough as expected with jute. Sheds a little and I'm concerned how it will handle spills and if it will be easy to clean.
