Handspun Jute Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this rug down in our family room the week before Christmas. I would have returned it but I needed a rug for the holidays. I’ve had many jute rugs in the past but none have shown the knots and wear like this one. We have no pets, I haven’t used a vacuum on it and has had very little wear since it’s only my husband and I and we don’t wear shoes in the house. Very disappointed!

Return because wrong size

I ordered an 8x10 for a bedroom. Really wanted a natural, trendy rug. Arrived fast and in great condition. It was folded, not rolled and was HEAVY! Might take two people to move if you order one this big. Was worried it might shed too much but am VERY happy that it doesn't. It is a perfect thickness and feels good to walk on (I added a 1/4" dense eco-friendly felt pad underneath). If you have pointy bed legs you will need to add a small felt furniture pad or rubber caster cups under the legs bec...

Beautiful but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We gave has this rug for about a week or so. It is beautiful. We fell in love with it. It is decently comfortable to walk/sit on too- not crazy soft but way more comfortable than I imagined jute would be. However, it is impossible to clean. Used folex and scrubbed on one area and the rug started shedding. On another area, used my little green machine and it just spread a stain everywhere. So bummed but going to have to return.

Awful smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug itself is pretty. After I opened the rug, it was wet and smelled like dirt. While trying to unfold the rug, dirt fell all over my floors. I vacuumed the rug several times. Several days later- there is still an outdoor smell in my room. I would send back but the rug is extremely heavy and would not be worth it.

These are the perfect addition to my black brick floors !! Beautifully designed with maximum strength of the fibers — you have to see them personally to appreciate the quality of the rugs. Perfection!!

The color is perfect, the texture is soft , great quality, stylish and a great value for the price,. I loved it so much I ordered another one for my laundry room.

This is really a lovely rug, beautiful and well-made. It is a little more of a “honey” hue, but is very nice. Highly recommend!
