What Customers Are Saying
The jute rugs are generally well-received, with customers praising the high quality, soft and chunky texture, and attractive natural appearance. Many report the rugs are thicker and softer than expected for jute, and they complement a variety of decor styles. The rugs are also seen as a great value. However, some customers have experienced issues with shedding, unraveling, and discoloration over time. A few also noted the rugs can be difficult to clean and maintain. Additionally, a small number received rugs that did not match the description or had manufacturing defects. Overall, the rugs seem to be a popular choice, with many customers satisfied with the quality, look, and value. But potential buyers should be aware of the potential durability and maintenance concerns.

Soft
Good quality rug in itself. Nice and soft, with a large, braided weave.

Great for dining room
This rug laid flat from day 1, I like the color variation and “imperfections” that make it look more natural

Jute Rug
Very thick and beautiful rug. There was a bit of a smell after opening but this was expected with jute. I would definitely buy again!

Poor quality.
We bought this rug 2 years ago and it is literally falling apart, this is not the first rug of the same material we have so we know what durability to expect from it. I tried flipping it over and it’s even worse on the other side. The loosen strings just start coming apart overtime.
