Not as pictured :(
Ordered this 'gray' in two different sizes (runner and square). The runner arrived and it's brownish (not gray) and it's very very flimsy, is crooked and cheaper/thin. It is NOT the same rug that is in the photo and video of the persons hand lifting up the corner of the rug. That rug appears to be thick and more of a stiffer rug. We are returning the runner and canceled the large square in transit. Maybe the 8' square would have looked like the photo, but we don't want to receive it, and un...

Not a fan of jute
Heavy, shed lots of dust, rough on the feet for those that don't bring shoes in the home. It seems all jute rugs are this way though

When we unwrap Ed the rug the packing was dry but the rug smelled very heavy of mildew

Beautiful rug.
I love the care that was taken in the weaving of this rug. The subtle differentiations of colour in the weave is are both subtle and vibrant. Amazingly the rug is not coarse like some jute rugs so it does not scratch you. One can see the thread that holds the strands together but it does not seem to deter from the overall look. Definitely worth the cost.

Nice rug, not gray
