The rug is thick but as I rolled it out there were several spots where the fabric was already snagged. The edging is not symmetrical and the seam around the edging is not even. The rug is average, not amazing but not terrible. You will get what you pay for.

Beautiful rug but sheds

Softer than the texture looks in photos, but is a rougher rug. 4stars because it sheds like crazy and that is a major unexpected downfall.

Terrible quality

This rug has like really hard plastic sticking out and it HURTS when you step on it. You have to like tuck them plastic parts back in under the rug. The rug had been out 3 days and it started fraying? Like just because? Not even vacuumed and it's tearing itself apart. ridiculous.

Smells and covered in wax

Would not recommend purchasing this rug. The ivory is more of a yellow color. It has a very strong smell and after I packaging it was difficult to breathe. Not sure if it’s dust from the natural fibers or something to do with the smell. Also, my hands were covered in a waxy substance after rolling it out. The carpet is not soft, very course, much more so than other jute rugs I have owned. Not great if you have kids or pets and will be sitting, lying, or playing on the rug. I’m returning it, wish...

Beautiful runner

Love quality, super thick pile and great color. Super impressed and will be ordering additional rugs. Delivery super fast!

Quality is poor

I was really excited to buy this rug but when it arrived it was condensating in the plastic so the rug was wet and a little bit muddy. I let it dry on my deck for five hours put it down in my house and found several holes not super happy but it’s just too big to send back.

Could Have Been Better

I was disappointed that I received my rug damped with a scent of mildew.

Just as described

Very pretty color, but falling apart in less than a month

This run is beautiful but is already unwoven in a couple of areas in less than a month. I have had several natural fiber rugs and know how to care for them. I purchased the ivory for a hallway runner. The color is beautiful but sadly the rug already looks as if it needs to be replaced.
