Great quality and versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Versatile and great quality. I bought this rug to use for an event at my shop, but I think I'm going to take it home instead! I love the color and quality.

Beautiful neutral rug

I love this rug. It is better than expected. I will be ordering another one just like it, because I can't decide which room to put it in.

More knot flaws than expected.

Its a nice color & feels good underfoot. Slight odor for a couple days and laid down nicely & wouldn't say a rug pad is necessary. Watch to not step on the tassle knots as they can be painful with barefeet. I'm good about reading reviews so I was surprised at the flaws throughtout the rug. I'll hold onto it since a good part of the rug is underneath furniture.

SO disappointed

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this jute rug, to say the least. Despite being advertised as pet-friendly, it's anything but. Any pet accidents would be next to impossible to remove, especially considering jute rugs cannot be cleaned with any form of water. This also applies to any food spills, drink spills, you name it. Your best bet is professional intervention, if there’s any hope in removing it at all. Additionally, it sheds excessively, requiring constant cleaning to maintain a tidy space....

Hard to maintain

I’ve had this rug for over 2 years and there is a ton of sun fading, it’s very easily stained, creates a lot of dust and is overall hard to maintain. I think it’s just personal preference but I’d rather have a lower maintenance rug.

Nice rug but….

Great color and rug except it sheds everywhere. I vacuumed it several times. I shook it outside several times, and it manages to still shed all over the place. Other than the shedding, it’s a nice rug.

Chunky Jute Tasseled Carpet

Don't do it.. sheds like crazy

This is the worst shedding rug I have ever purchased. I would skip it!

TERRIBLE shedding still 7 months in

I loved the look of these rugs (we ordered two) but we are 7 months in with weekly vacuuming and the shedding has only increased. I need to vacuum my floors around the rug on a daily basis because the fibers go everywhere, including all over our clothes. I have taken care of it exactly as it says to but I am so sick of these rugs that we are ready to throw them out completely. I’m so disappointed!

Navy Rug is Not Navy

While it seems to be a decent quality rug, I’m am very disappointed with the color. The navy rug is actually a bright blue and not anywhere close to the color of the pictures. This is the second rug I’ve ordered from RugsUSA and the second time I’ve been disappointed in what I’ve received. I only purchased this rug because I received a gift card code due to the another rug I purchased from Rugs USA having an unraveling issue after I was no longer able to return it.
