The rug arrived and I loved it! But it smelled like mold. Then rolled it out and had flaws all through it. The backing was pulled through the top. The backing is very dark in color. The rug it self is off white so it shows really shows up. Do not know what to do.

Rugs USA - Where's your quality control!!!
Same as some other reviews - rug smells musty and looks as if it has been in a home for several years with kids and pets. Picks in the rug and worn on the edges. C'mon Rugs USA, you need to double check NuLoom on their quality control or you need to improve yours! I've purchased rugs from Rugs USA in the past and have been VERY happy with my purchases. Great high traffic carpet
Feels great under my feet. We have this in the living room and the kids play on it all the time. It sheds a little when vacuuming, but it holding up strong to a lot of wear!

Nice but beware if you have dark floors
The rug is cute but sheds, I have dark floors and I have to constantly vacuum because the lint it leaves is horrible.

The cream color was depicted MUCH lighter in the picture than it actually is. Also the rug had a terrible smell. If it weren’t mostly hidden under the bed, I definitely would have returned it.

Perfect rug for living room!
I was very nervous purchasing this rug as some reviews said it came with an odor, or would not stop shedding, or was itchy. Well, my rug is great!! It is soft and thick so sitting directing on it is no problem. It does leave some shedding, but it is a wool rug so I felt that was expected. I think after a few vacuums I think it will be just fine. It is more cream-colored than white/ivory, but it works great for my space!

Trusty no-frills entry rug.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually the third one I have bought. I have a young dog that has had trouble waiting to get outside! So I had to give it 5 stars given that I keep just buying the same one. I had washed the dog pee out a few times and it does clean well. It’s also used for an entry rug and I hike and do lots of muddy gardening, but a simple vacuum keeps it looking tidy.
