[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice rug, of course it sheds in the beginning (its wool), but it looks lovely! The beige color contrasts nicely with my navy blue sectional. The border color isn't a stark contrast to the rest of the rug, it looks subtle (which is what I wanted).

Soft but not well made.. All this shedding may have killed my vacuum.
I was prepared for shedding but not this much. I think its just not a very high quality rug. In many places its unraveling/gapping, its edges are uneven, pieces pull out very easily, theres inconsistent spots in the fibers that makes it look more dirty rather than natural. I like that I finally found a soft rug that was reasonably priced but this was not what I thought it would be.

Damaged rug - stains
Damaged rug. Found stains during installation. There is about six (6) small stains throughout the rug. I need this to be taken care of by the company ASAP.

Nice, but sheds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very plush and minimalist. We love it however, it’s a big shedder. Ours hasn’t stopped shedding and fills the rubbish holder on our vacuum cleaner every time. Hopefully this stops soon or there won’t be much carpet left. It is a neural beige, not a warm beige but definitely not grey. It’s perfect for our black accents and modern apartment. High end feel we get so many compliments.

Worst rug ever!
This rug sheds like nothing I have ever seen before. Not only does it sheds, but the tiny fibers cover everything in the room. And it does not stop! I threw this rug out. The absolute worst rug. DO NOT BUY IT!

Very disappointed with this rug. I purchased four of these rugs for different areas of my home. I thought after being vacuumed almost everyday that the shedding would stop but it has not. I would return them but it has been more than thirty days. If you don't like vacuuming everyday I would not purchase these rugs.

Best value for a great rug

(It's shedding a ton, but that will pass, as I've owned many wool rugs in the past.) This is my fifth wool rug from here. (Also, last time the price went down on the rugs after ordering and they quickly refunded the difference!).

Great quality, unfortunately color not as pictured
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the rug had been the color in the photos because the quality was superb, especially for a 100% wool rug. However, the color wasn't even close. The outer grey border was dark grey and the inner area was more brown than grey and shades darker than the photo. I see other customer's uploaded photos and the color is different than what I got so perhaps there was an issue with the dyeing of batch I received.

Worst Rug Ever!!!!
Purchased this rug and immediately it started to shed. After a few times using it we always had to vacuum the rug. When I called to complain they said wool rugs will do this for a while. We have had it 6 months and had a house full of people and it was so embarrassing to see the clumps of wool all over the floor by the end of the day. We are removing it from the room and would never purchase a wool rug again.

Thick rug but color not as photographed
This rug was soft and super thick which was great for laying on. Only issues is that it sheds really bad being wool...but over time that will lessen. 4 out of 5 stars as the color wasn’t as what was pictured, but still a good simple rug
