Lovely rug and durable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this rug and it looks great in our kitchen. It’s really firm and therefore none of the food dropped on it doesn’t stain or soak in. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that any time you vacuum this rug it takes half a vacuum full of orange and white fibers. It doesn’t seem to be affecting it thus far, but I’m concerned about the rug falling apart overtime.

Beautiful but sheds terribly

Bought this rug about six months ago. It’s soft and beautiful, especially for the price, but the black sheds horribly. I’m constantly having to vacuum and subsequently unclog my new vacuum because the large amount of wool fibers are just too much for it. I’ll hang onto it until I buy new furniture in the spring and then move it to a rarely used spare room.

Great rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug! It is sturdy and my two dogs haven't been able to get any strands loose on it! The only thing is that it does have that "earthy" feel which causes there to be a few loose strands, but it's fine.

Great rug

High-quality rug. I’m glad I paid a little extra for higher quality. Edges flattened quickly, and it’s thick and soft. The wool does shed a bit, but it’s manageable.

Rough and Hard to Clean

I have had this rug for over a year. I wish I had known more about wool rugs before I bought it. It is scratchy and uncomfortable to sit on. It cannot be cleaned because the black dye bleeds onto the white parts of the rug, and it cannot be vacuumed without filling the vacuum cleaner with fibers. I am already looking for a rug to replace it. I would not recommend this rug.

Very stinky rug

This rug absolutely stinks like a dirty sink. We couldn’t figure out what the awful smell was until, by process of elimination, we put the new rug in the garage. The awful smell was gone. I called and they told me to put baking soda on it and let it sit. This did nothing for the stink. What a waste of money

100% wool modern rug

Beautiful rug. The slight creamy white and aqua are modern and fun. Like the softness and thickness of the rug as well. With the premium pad it doesn’t hurt when my two year old falls on our concrete floors yet not too thick that he trips upon entering the rug. Only complaint is that is sheds...a lot! There is sheep hair all over our house. Looks like we own a small white haired dog though we don’t! Other than that I like the style and feel of it.
