Smells AWFUL when air is humid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this rug until we had a humid day. It smells AWFUL!!! I may have to throw it away because I can’t stand it, and we are all sneezing. It smells like a wet sheep instead of a wet dog. My living room smells like we are at a petting zoo. Also, we have many wool blankets and have never had this issue. We are getting pilling after just one month of gentle use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug! It’s now the second one we’ve ordered because we loved the first one so much. The first is three years old and still looks good as new (and it’s in a kid’s room!) So pleased with the quality!

Not soft! Like sitting in a bed of cactus!

Not soft at all. When you sit on it, it’s like sitting on a bed of cactus. It is very uncomfortable and painful. We’ve tried vacuuming it daily to see if that would help but nothing has helped. My husband threw away the bag already so we can’t even return it. Will be throwing it away because can’t imagine donating something so painful to an unexpecting person. We got the 9x12 rug.

A nice rug

I love my new rug. I chose the red one. It looks nice in the living room. It is not too thin or not too thick. It didn't have any bad smell. The rug came very quickly and perfect condition. Thank you!!

Beautiful rug, but has an awful smell after weeks of airing out

The rug itself is beautiful and well-made. But after a couple of weeks laying out in the bedroom to air out, it’s still smells.

BUYER BEWARE - an honest review here on misleading color and quality

BUYER BEWARE! Things I wish I knew before I purchased this.... 1) There is a filter where you can remove "incentivized reviewers" from the reviews - the rating goes down significantly. 2) It is NOT WHITE, or even light gray. Whoever said "cream" was being kind and probably an incentivized reviewer. The light color is legit tan, even yellow in some lights. It just looks DIRTY - see pictures! Does not go well with cool colors or white. 3) It is itchy and kind of ROUGH. We have for our main living ...

Moldy and stains

Stains on it and smells like mold. Called and received money back. Great customer service
