BUYER BEWARE - an honest review here on misleading color and quality

BUYER BEWARE! Things I wish I knew before I purchased this.... 1) There is a filter where you can remove "incentivized reviewers" from the reviews - the rating goes down significantly. 2) It is NOT WHITE, or even light gray. Whoever said "cream" was being kind and probably an incentivized reviewer. The light color is legit tan, even yellow in some lights. It just looks DIRTY - see pictures! Does not go well with cool colors or white. 3) It is itchy and kind of ROUGH. We have for our main living ...

Moldy and stains

Stains on it and smells like mold. Called and received money back. Great customer service

Looks great, sheds a lot

Rug looks great. I ignored the shedding reviews thinking I will vacuum it enough to alleviate the shedding. Not possible, we vacuumed several times a day for the first several weeks, then several times a week for 6+ months, it’s still shedding, only looks nice for a day or so after vacuuming.

Great looks, quality?

The rug looks great and feels wonderful under foot. The issue is that I accidentally spilled a bit of my plain drinking water on it and there is a dark spot. Not sure if the backing colour leaked through? It was about a tablespoon of plain water and now I stare at this dirty looking spot. Disappointing!

Beautiful!! A little tricky to keep clean.

I bought this rug and then purchased a replacement after two years because I couldn’t get the white to come clean. After the new one came in, I took the old one and decided I would try to pressure wash it. Let’s just say I would not recommend it, unless you want the white part to be a dark tan. Ha ha still beautiful in both colors.

Color not represented well on website

Definitely not a white and grey pattern. Very well made but doesn’t fit our decor Really disappointed in color not matching pictures and customer service.

I bought this rug twice.

Second time buying this rug, moved across country and it was stollen. Love it, takes a while for fuzz (wool rug) to come up but its a great rug and is beautiful in my LR!
