Missing Dot
While the quality isn't terrible, one of the white dots was missing on the rug, so it makes the pattern look funny to have one random dot missing.

Cute but itchy

Wonderful customer service
The product is beautiful, but it’s very itchy because it’s a 100%, not great for a nursery. Unfortunately, it came dirty, but Rugs USA has a wonderful customer service that took care of it so quickly and efficiently!
