[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I agree with other users about how the colors of this rug are muted -- and I love it! This rug is like others have said, it is not rough and it is not soft, it's in between. It seems to be a good quality rug. Regarding the shedding -- I vacuumed mine for about 20-30 minutes once I initially put it down and I haven't noticed any shedding! So I would recommend vacuuming it first. Overall I have really enjoyed this rug so far.

Cute rug
The rug was very colorful and cute. However, it did not work in my foyer. The Customer Service staff was EXCELLENT to work with. I was able to send the rug back without charge. I will be back! It was very easy to purchase and easy to send back if not the right choice. I really appreciate that!

Just recieved, so premature...but looks to be a nice rug, Thick, dense, vacuumed without much fallout. Colors slightly more muted than my monitor but everyone's will be different anyway. Delivery prompt, efficient, packaged very well. Thumbs up.

This rug looks WAY more expensive than it was! And the design is so chic and artsy! Also the colors are PERFECT. I love the color palette, it's bold, but the shades are slightly muted making it easy not to overwhelm the rest of the room. I feel like this rug was made for my living room!

Love this rug more than I expected
I bought the 2.5' x 10' runner and it's awesome. I love the pile for a high-traffic hallway and the colors are slightly more muted than they appear in the photos, which I think is even better. Thumbs up!
