Beautiful rug. We have concrete floors downstairs and needed this to soften the nursery. Did the trick! Great price too. It does have a slight funky smell, but just musty probably from storage. I don’t think that’s uncommon but maybe the storage facility needs more climate control? There was a wait while it was getting back into stock, but customer service was great at answering my questions and it was worth the wait.

Darker then how it looks on website
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is darker in person then on the website. The cream is very cream and the gray is also darker. Not exactly what I wanted. The quality is really nice, very thick. Not a soft cushy rug though, it is stiff. However I think that is due to what it is made out of.

Good purchase, quality rug
It’s a beautiful rug, like the pictures on the website. Nice and thick. Sheds a little bit if you’re sitting on it. Slightly scratchy. There is a smell which is to be expected but is dissipating now that it’s been a week. Will hold up well. .

Perfect for High Traffic Areas

It’s very itchy when sitting and sheds a lot. Not the best for hardwood floors.

Rug is curling up...
I loved the Gray Damask rug I bought! Beautiful colors and very well made. The only reason for the four stars review is that it is curling up badly in both ends even after three weeks. I tried rolling it the other way and I tried weighting it down. I will need to buy carpet tape and hope it will adhere to the pad and finally stop curling up!

High quality, reasonably priced rug.
High quality rug with dense pile. We bought the 8x11 which was quite heavy due to the high density. The pattern and color where very close to the picture shown on the website. The premium pad is definitely worth the slightly higher price. It does not move and keeps the rug in place very well.

The most beautiful rug I have ever bought online.
When this rug arrived I was shocked with the quality and beauty. It's not the first time I have ever bought a rug online so I was prepared to return it if it wasn't what it looked like in the photos but I am in love with this rug and the other one I bought to match for my dining room. It is absolutely beautiful!
