I received my rug faster than anything I have ever ordered. I ordered it on Thursday and it came on Saturday, I couldn't believe it! I love the look of the rug, the only disappointment that I had was that the material was a little different than I thought it would be. I thought that it was going to be a sisal type rug, but it is more of an upscale rag rug type material. I still love it and would recommend purchasing it to anyone. Symbols wear away
This rug is absolutely stunning, no doubt! But the black symbols are already stating to wear away and I've owned this for 2 weeks. I would not recommend this product in a high traffic area. A bedroom would be more suitable.

not 1st quality
The native symbols are printed, not woven as lead to believe by "hand-loomed" description. A pice of tape was placed on one of the symbols and painted black to cover a portion where printing didn't take. Was this a factory second not so-marked?

Great looking rug
I love the pattern on this rug, its a nice neutral with some added interest. Its not a heavy weave, so the rug is on the thin side. Definitely need a pad underneath to anchor it to the floor. I've had it for over a month now and it has held up surprisingly well. The rug is in the mud room & has gotten some serious abuse with the winter weather getting tracked in - wet boots covered with snow & those nasty ice melt pellets from the walkway. I also have a 90lb Italian Spinone that sheds like crazy...

The symbols are basically silk screened onto the jute rug which in and of itself is not horrible. The problem is the black ink smears that are not part of the intended pattern of symbols...

Splotched and ruined
I was so excited to receive this rug but was so disappointed when it arrived with a big ink stain. I was fortunately able to return but we all know the hassle involved with returns. It was just an inconvenient experience and I can't understand why they shipped it in the first place. Total waste of my time.
