I am thrilled with the 9X12 rug yet am most impressed with your Customer Support team. They have been responsive, professional and helpful. The rug was my 2nd try as supply chain extended delivery time by 4+months. The team continually filled me in and made updates to the order and accommodated the changes. The second rug arrived in 2 weeks time- as planned.

Awesome rug/ not pet friendly
The rug itself is awesome and super casual. Just what i was looking for color wise and style. That being said it is poorly made. Strings get caught in vacuum and it has only been a little over two weeks since I put it down in our family room and it already has 3 holes where the thread that holds it together came apart! Definitely not pet friendly either. Its a shame because like I stated earlier its a great looking rug! I so wanted to love it!

No shedding-I’m so happy!
