The jute in the rug smells horrible. So much so that I will return. Also, the weave is not tight at all. There are a number of holes or small openings throughout the rug.

So the rug I received had what looked like cut edges where the jute stuck out. I had to return but I loved it. just afraid to buy again. Customer service was great.

Perfect Entryway Rugs
I purchased two of these runners, one for back entryway and one for front entryway. I love them! They don’t show dirt and they match my decor perfectly with the natural and denim colors.
