Too faux
I bought this rug for my new apartment and had it sent to my friends home while I moved. When I finally got to open it, I thought it looked cheaper than in the photos. The fabric has a shine to it that makes it look like a blanket and not very real.

Soft, good quality accent rug. It doesn't look too fake, which is a plus. I don't purchase animal products any longer but like the textural look of the cowhide rugs, this fits the bill nicely for that.

I got this rug for my boyfriends music room/office and it looks great! I didn't want to buy a real cowhide (i like animals and they are too expensive) and I'm so happy with this alternative. It's very soft and a great design. Super fast shipping too!

This rug is very nice for the price paid. I got a small size, I would consider getting a larger size next time, as the small does not quite fill my space. The quality is good- it is softer than real cowhide, which is not a negative. I gave this four stars because it does look a little shinier than the picture- most people would be able to tell it is faux easily. However, it is faux, and a steal - this is the best I have found at such a price, and the slight shine may fade after some foot traffic...

Just what I wanted!
This rug works perfectly for the area I needed it for. I have a large jute area rug with a dark stain that refuses to come up. This faux cowhide covers it and sets right in front of the fireplace where it looks perfect! It looks just like the real thing, without the expense!

Classy rug
I ordered the largest size and it adds perfect flair to my small sectional! I bought my own rug pad which is recommended for comfort. I may buy some rug tape to help it lay flatter. Overall it's exactly what I expected and great quality! Looks like I spent hundreds :)
