Poor quality

I bought it a few months and it was very poor quality！！！

Disappointed in the quality

Bought this 8 months ago and it is a completely different color than it originally was. It is now a yellow color rather than the ivory it first came as, and it does not get excessive sunlight throughout the day. I vacuum multiple times per week and it still sheds excessively as well. It’s not a horrible rug but for sure wouldn’t purchase this one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was just as pictured. Love the weave on this natural colored rug and it’s much softer than other jute rugs I have walked on. Adds a nice warm color pop to our large family room with linen colored sofas.

Disappointing

Bought the rug just a couple weeks ago and I’m quite disappointed. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. However, the color is nowhere near off-white as it indicates. They color is yellowish buttercream and doesn’t suit the color scheme in my living room at all. The return shipping cost is too expensive to ship back such a bulky item. Now I’m stuck with this rug.

Handspun Jute Rug

I ordered two large area rugs. One arrived with bright pink staining (you could see it inside the clear packaging) before it was opened that I was not able to remove from the rug. I contacted Rugs USA, and they replaced the rug free of charge and picked up the flawed rug. Now I have two beautiful cream colored area rugs. There is some shedding, but that is to be expected from a natural rug. Thank you for the excellent customer service and making it right - easily.

Well made, nice texture

Itchy , dirty worst purchase ever

Upon opening the carpet some of it wasn’t sewn in, the carpet I received was extremely dusty and dirty , I have rolled it many times and every time I vaccum underneath there is black dirt. I like to keep my house super clean and free of dust but this carpet sheds a lot and not to mentioned the dirt it has. The shipping label cost too much to return and I had thrown away the packaging so now I’m stuck with this carpet I don’t like. Save your time the stress and don’t buy this one.

Handsome rug

This rug is surprisingly soft. My dog loves it and so far it is holding up well. It looks great with our caramel-colored leather couch.

Great texture and well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is well made and a great texture. I was not sure what to expect with anything jute or sisal but took a chance and the texture is terrific. The rug is also on the thicker side, like a knotty yarn rug but in jute.
