Decent thickness and fairly soft. Definitely recommend getting the pad underneath. Makes a huge difference. I’m overall pleased with the rug esp at this price point. Delivery was quick as well.

Soft, plush rug
We just received our rug and as others have mentioned, it has a terrible smell that I am hoping will fade after a few days. We even left it outside for half a day and sprayed Febreeze on it, hoping to speed up the process. It is so soft and plush and it looks and feels high quality. My son loves it and plopped down to make "snow angels" in it when we first put it in his room, lol. It is very soft and fluffy. We did buy a rug pad to go underneath to add cushion and keep it from sliding, as others...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is light, beautiful and fluffy as seen in pics! Got the 8x10 for my bedroom. It is on the thin side but I didn't get a rug pad since it still feels soft and is mostly under my bed. Even the more expensive rugs from other stores tend to be on the thinner side anyway I've noticed. This one has minimal shedding. Amazing price and it definitely serves its purpose!

This rug is absolutely perfect and such a deal! The ONLY issue is the new rug smell (which was incredibly overwhelming) - but it dissipated in about 24 hours, so i wouldn't let that deter you, but I would be warned. The shag is SOOOOOO soft and beautiful. This exceeded expectations for me. Mine is the 7, whatever by 9. :) I also bought the premium rug pad - i recommend that too.

delivery problems
i love your rugs though I have to say that the delivery ws incredibly slow and changes I made were not implicated and both rugs were still delivered to incorrect address even though I was assured in multiple phone cals that changes would be made. I should get refunds on both these rugs.
