Highly recommend.
LOVE THIS RUG!! It has gorgeous texture and the cream color is so pretty. Over all very cozy. It does shed for a few weeks, but really not an excessive amount, you’ll just have to vacuum a few extra times (which is the case with any wool rug)

Used rug not new
I was so excited to get this rug. It came, the rug is beautiful but they sent me a returned rug. The rug was used, it has spilled marks on it, hair in it, food crumbs etc. I need a brand new rug not used.

Beautiful but smells and sheds
The rug is beautiful but not only does it shed a lot but it smells really bad. I think it’s because when it arrived it was raining and one side the packaging was ripped off so I had to let it dry. It must have gotten stinky from being wet.

Do not purchase
I do not recommend. It sheds like crazy... to the point where the fibers are all over my house sticking to everything. When I opened the rug it was damp and smelled musty. They were good about processing the return. Still a huge disappointment.

Strong Odor
Rug quality and style is phenomenal; however it has a very foul odor. Needed to put it outside as the smell is horrible. Hoping it wears off in a few days.

Difficult to clean
The rug does shed like the other reviews have said. However worse than that it is very difficult to keep clean. My family and I have been very careful not to walk on the rug with shoes but in just a few short month the rug looks filthy. I know I was taking a chance on a light colored rug in a room that actual people use but this was disappointing. I have made several attempts to spot clean it with the cleaner that was recommended but it still looks dirty. Also little bits of debris get in the ...

Overall pleased, great price for high quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful and soft! It does shed, but no more than other natural fiber rugs shed in the beginning. I don’t recommend it for high traffic areas. We have it under our master bedroom bed, and it’s appropriate for that level of use. It’s like a soft sweater under foot and is perfect for stepping onto from bed. We vacuumed it several times before bringing it into the house as someone suggested.
