This rug smells so strong of chemicals! Even after airing it out in my garage for a week. I am returning because I have a toddler who would be playing on this rug. I also think the gray color would show every little thing. Not good for a family rug.

Not super pleased.
Rug has never really flattened and has rolls throughout after about a month of usage. Regretting not spending more money on a higher quality product. A nicer heavier rug would have made us much happier, but the cheap quality of this product will not be bringing us back for more.

Love this rug! The colors are perfect and it's HUGE. The only downside is the strong chemical smell, but that's to be expected. I've just been leaving the windows cracked to let it air out.

Nice rug, poor shipping
I am very happy with the quality and the look of the rug. However, it was shipped folded, not rolled.I put books and weights to try and flatten it out and that did not work. I had to iron the rug to get the creases out. I am keeping the rug, but will not order from them again.
