Color and texture fail
I was so excited for this rug and went through reviews and pictures as it's heavily relied on when ordering online. However, sadly reviews and pictures are not accurate. The rug is not a super soft material, it's definitely on the scratchy side but even more upsetting is the color ( although comes off white or even white in pictures ) is beige in person.

Very thin
This is the first rug I’ve ever been disappointed with from RugsUSA. It was delayed and delayed for months and when it arrived it had creases so bad that they are still visible after far longer than the usual break-in time. The pile is also so shallow that it doesn’t fill in naturally after moving furniture. The design is attractive and with a rug pad, it will do in the room it’s in, for now.
