The last two rugs I got from you were more than 4 inches wider than stated on the website, so they did not fit. Your return process is so arduous that I’m literally just keeping the rugs as not to have to drive 45 mins away fro fedex drop off.

Amazing rug

Purchased this rug for a shore house and couldn’t be happier. The color is a little darker than it shows on my screen, but it’s beautiful. I don’t find it rough and it doesn’t smell as some other reviews have stated. It’s a great buy!

This rug is too rough. I’ve bought a long jute rug from them before and loved. But this one is awful. I should have just returned it but hassle with it being a runner. I would absolutely not recommend. Plus it has balls of jute randomly spread out that stick in your feet.
