Rug quality

I had to give it to my customer free of charge because of the damages . I had to flip all the furnitures to hide it as best as I could. Prefer latex backed

The backing is not as sturdy as one with latex backing. Looks nice non the less. Just fall’s apart faster because the seagrass isn’t being bound to a backing. Latex backed is basically painted on the back to hold the fibers in place therefore it last longer.

Substandard Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to go with this company rather than pottery barn due to the better price. Buyer beware. Get what you pay for. The address are not square. There are lots of loose ends in the middle of the carpet so I suspect it is not going to be very durable

Great at first, then, not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very pretty. I wanted a natural rug and researched seagrass vs jute vs sisal. I settled on seagrass as it is supposed to be easier to keep clean and tolerates spills better than the others. If there is a spill, you just blot it up and then use a damp cloth if necessary. So I had a minor spot that needed cleaning. I blotted the rug and then used a damp cloth to remove any stain. The damp cloth discolored the rug! Not the stain (muddy...

I have had a number of rugs before purchasing these runners and this is hands-down the best. They are durable and do not shed (a problem with jute rugs I tried). Seagrass is very smooth so it is easy to wipe up spills. Fall porch make over

Exactly the color pictured
