Stepping on this rug is uncomfortable

I have ordered rugs before and been very satisfied but my recent purchase is very disappointing. There are many “prickly” pieces sticking up from the rug. Also having a problem keeping one corner to stay down.

Better than expected

Beautiful rug! Soft to the touch, looks more expensive than the photos show. The pop of teal was just enough visual interest while still being subtle.

Nice look, super uncomfortable

Loved the look of the runner, however I couldn't even walk on it because it was so uncomfortable. I would have to wear shoes so I returned.

In the photos you can see that it is very good but in person it is very easy to break and the one that arrived is broken in several parts

Seagrass rugs

I love the look of the rugs, but they will not lay flat after 1 week. They also have a lot of knots that stick up and show, especially in the 8x10 size. They are thick loose ends of the fibers. The binding matches perfectly and I am happy about that. I just wish they would lay flat. They are a tripping hazard, for sure. They are also not very soft under foot.

Excellent quality at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really wonderful quality rug that met all my expectations. I’ve bought a few rugs here and each one has been better than I would expect and matches the quality of rugs 2 or 3 times the price.

Fresh Addition

The rug is exactly as pictured . Once out of the packaging it did lie flat. Non slip backing so you do not need a pad for use on hardwood. It is not a soft feel with bare feet but I am using it in an entryway. Most of my rugs are very traditional and I love how this adds a modern touch. Note: The rug is not exactly 6 ft round as advertised . 5’8” round is the exact measurement. It didn’t make a huge difference in my case but if you need something more precise I would check before ordering.

Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is okay. It has an interesting woven natural material texture that feels more appropriate for a patio or mix outdoor/indoor space. I'm going to keep it because its ok and I figure returning an unrolled rug is difficult.

75% happy

Had a few defects, but love the carpet. Not so sure now it’s going to clean up though. Had it about a week. Use it at our front door. The border is getting dirty quickly.
