Love this rug!

This is like an upgraded jute rug- I love the blend of materials and it's not super chunky so it's easy to clean. Smells strangely good? Like plant material. Very soft underfoot.

Handwoven Jute-Blend Rug

Looks nice and better than I expected. It does have a musty odor which I hope will dissipate.

Beautiful Jute Rug

Terrible smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return it because it smelled of mildew. The return process was a nightmare. I don’t recommend.

As expected for the most part BUT beware of smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can see the handwoven quality well in person and the green is a nice contrast to the rest of our furniture. However there was a weird smell (like damp laundry) when we opened the package. I'm hopeful that it'll disappear after we air it out but if you're in tight quarters, you might want to reconsider ordering this

Toxic odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered a 9 x 12 & 6 x 9 jute/cotton rugs for our bedroom. Hired a mover to lift the king size bed and sofa and place the rugs. There is a toxic chemical odor that persists after 8 days. We have installed fans and opened windows. We have not been able to use the bedroom. We tried to make this work but now we are calling customer service. Terribly disappointed. We ordered same rug for upstairs bedroom and there was no odor.

great quality and look but hate the smell

i searched and searched and searched for the perfect rug for my bedroom. this was the perfect mix of textures and i liked the added cotton woven throughout to soften it and tone down the jute color. the reviews were also stellar! when it arrived it smelled so terrible i had to hang it outside for 3 days straight. it smelled like chemical and mold and must all at the same time. i’ve never had jute but know it does has an earthy smell, but this was beyond what i could have imagined. the smell does...

Jute entry way rug

color was much darker than expected. This rug smelled horrible when received. I put it outside for a few days and still has a bad smell to it. fits the area but the smell is not good.
