Great runner, quality level is ok but for the price it looks and feels great. Using it in the kitchen and it handles the wear and tear well.

Love this rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the rug I’ve been searching for. Looks great under my dining room table. I’m assuming it will be easy to clean but haven’t had to find out yet, so holding back a star just because I don’t have full picture yet on it’s durability. Also love that it came in an 8x8 square size . Did put some books down on corners to help flatten it out.

Misleading Picture and horrible return steps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great neutral rug. Maybe a bit darker in person but very soft and cozy. It was about two inches shorter than described but I guess that falls within the acceptable variance.

Worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is not only beautiful, it’s so soft! And I know people say that about some rugs, but this is genuinely soft. Like barely need a rug pad for cushion. Also I spilled a hair cream on it the other day and it wiped right off. Excellent purchase. Highly recommend the investment!

Came a completely different color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not recommend purchasing. The colors vary widely. My friend has this rug in neutral and hers came light gray/sliver whereas mine is dark brown.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I searched online for months to find the perfect rug and thankfully found this one. I was very hesitant to order something I had never seen, but there isn’t a lot of options in-store in my area. I took a chance on this rug because of all the review pictures it seemed like the larger 9 x 12 rug review pictures were pretty consistent in quality and color. I cannot vouch for the runners or smaller rugs, but I purchased the 9 x 12 in light brown and if you zoom in on the stock picture, it is pretty ...

Love the rug, but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it was more neutral beige and taupe instead of grey. The picture is deceiving, there is a lot of variety to the production of the rugs. You can order two of the same and they look totally different.

Does the Trick!

2 sizes, completely different colors

I ordered a rectangular and round version of the light blue color. The rectangular version has NO blue in it. It is gray!!! I was so excited to have these matching rugs and now I am so upset to have to go through a return and have to figure something else out.

Not orange

Rug pad too big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug color is lighter than the pictures, in fact it looks more pink than orange. However I can’t say that I hate it, it’s not too bad. The rug pad however was much larger than the rug. Am I expected to cut it to size?The standard rug pad is really thin and doesn’t provide any extra padding apart from being anti slip. I would go for the cushioned option next time.

Completely different colors than what is online

Pretty

A placed this rug under my dining table and it brightens up the area. My chairs slide easily over the smooth surface. My only small dislike is that the rug is in a more light coral/pink color.
