Way too red

Early review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are beautiful, very close to what they look like online. It’s going in my bedroom after the room gets painted. So for now, it’s put away. It’s tough to rate the quality since I haven’t lived with it yet but it does look to be good quality.

Has a pink hue

Item looks grey/cream but is Brown/cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug itself is great quality, soft, tied well, lays great. However, i ordered this particular one because it had alot of grey in the picture. But upon receiving it I see that it mostly has browns with very little grey. I think an update for pictures needs to be done. I’m going to have to order a different one to go with my furniture.

Color is not as described

Rug is labeled as neutral, and the photos online are nowhere similar to the rug I received. Which was tan and dark brown. Very unhappy with my purchase.

Timeless beauty!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sent an e-mail to verify color of this rug before buying due to concerns from other reviews stating it was darker than advertised. I received response stating most found it to be light. Guess what? It was darker. The dominant color is mocha. This is not lighter as depicted in the picture...muted and cream based. The quality is good. The color is deceiving. Disappointed.

Beautiful rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As many have pointed out -- and as you can see by looking at some of the customer photos -- this rug has more of a maroon tint than what is presented by the main images, though I'd still consider it neutral. We knew that going in and are extremely pleased with it.

Not the same color

Very disappointed

This is a nice quality rug. However it is not a true 8x10. It is roughly 3 inches short. Also the color is completely different the. What is shown. The neutral color is brown and tan with hints of silver.

Colour Not Accurate

Nice rug quality wise but the colour is so much darker.

Smells of chemicals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug has a pungent chemical smell. It has been so off putting that I removed the rug from my home within a few hours. It’s been outside for 5 days now on a covered patio airing out and it still smells of chemicals. I have given up on putting the rug in my home due to the concerning smell and air quality. If it smells that noxious it’s not something I want bare feet touching.
