We love our rug! Purchased the 9 x 12. The lines/design are muted and not bold and distinct, just as we wanted. It is more cream/off white (Also what other reviews stated) so I was happy with that. It is plush with a long pile. One star off only because it the material could be a touch softer. Still, it's soft enough. Happy with purchase.
