So disappointed that the colors aren't reflected accurately in the images or description. The "gray" version of this rug is actually FULL of a nasty-looking brown/greige color that completely ruins the rug. The photos appear like it's mostly black/white with a touch of gray mixed in, but don't be fooled. If you are trying to shy away from sophistication and instead go for that college dorm or bachelor pad look this rug might be for you. Otherwise, I'd avoid this rug like the plague. It is soft, ...

Great experience until the rug started coming apart week 3
I thoroughly enjoyed using the website to place the rugs I was looking at in the existing room. I ordered with ease and the rugs arrived so quickly. It looked beautiful in my room. Unfortunately I’ve had it for 3 weeks and there are strings already pulling through the middle of the rug. Disappointed to say the least.
