Disappointed in quality
I got an area rug and a runner, the rubber came first and I’m very disappointed. Super thin and poor quality. I’m shocked by the other reviews and hope once my area rug comes maybe the quality is better. This has not been my experience with rugs USA until now! Sad.

Not happy with how it was shipped but happy with the rug.
While I am happy with the pattern of this rug, I am not happy with how it was shipped. It was folded up several times to “save on shipping, and for it to be faster” that was what it said on the paper that came with the rug, but by them folding this thing numerous times and shrink wrapping it, it has been a royal pain in the butt to get the creases, folds and bubbles out. The papers that came with it also said that it would “flatten itself out in a few days” well I’m nearly 3 weeks out and have h...

Disappointed
I ordered this rug for the second time because I love it for my living room. However I have not been happy with it so far. It was folded in half then folded again. We’ve had it out with heavy items trying to get it to lay flat. The other one came rolled so there were no issues with it.
