Buyer beware - rug shrunk when washed!

Washed this rug once on delicate, exactly as instructed, and it shrank a couple of inches and no longer lies flat. I paid extra for a washable rug and expected it to maintain its size and quality. Contacted support and was told Rugs USA has no warranty on their rugs. Very disappointed and would not recommend a washable rug from Rugs USA.

Beautiful but not 5x8

This rug is absolutely gorgeous; however the rug is 5x7 not 5x8. The bag says it and the label says it. I’m not sure why it is being advertised as being larger. I needed a specific size to go under my dining room table and would not have ordered if I knew it was 5x7. If you need that size, I definitely recommend it.

Dining room rug

I bought this rug to put in my dining room under our table. It is a beautiful rug, and I absolutely love all the colors and it blends in well with other area rugs in my open concept main floor the price can’t be beat!

9x12 rug is an uneven 8’10”-8’11x12. Won’t cover rug pad.

So if we line it up perfectly with the top and left edge of the rug pad (which does measure perfectly at 9x12) there’s anywhere from an inch to an inch and a quarter of exposed rug pad on the right side all the way down. Nice Rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave 4 stars because this one in a little on the lightweight side, thin. I prefer them to be a little sturdier. All the others I've purchased are great. Not sure if it's because of the small size?

Creases in the rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug I ordered is A 6 foot runner to be laid over a room entrance. I love the pattern BUT it has a crease running down the center and at 3 areas crosswise. I washed the rug and they are still there. Not happy!!!
